There is no beginning and no end.
There is no time.
The Universe exists in its Totality1 as a single shining edifice of infinite complexity, woven from the stuff of nothingness by a Trick of the Mind. Its astonishing beauty, complexity and variety manifest throughout an infinity of dimensions of space-time. The manifestation in each dimension, though very great, is finite.
The Universe stands gleaming in its unjudgeable Totality, forever frozen in the state beyond time, beyond infinity, visible in its Totality only to the other shining Universes that are similarly frozen. There is your God! Its name is Velas2.

An infinite sculpture of coloured nothing, all encompassing, standing unassisted in the void beyond reality. It has no mind, it does not think, it just is! A mighty chord of infinite harmonies ringing out forever in the darkness. A trick of the mind.
A Universe in Totality has a character: a theme. It is true to itself. There is order in the infinite complexity. Parts relate to other parts according to a plan. The structure of the Totality can be understood; albeit only by those with an infinite mind. But small pieces of the plan may be discovered by sentient beings who term them "Laws of the Universe".
Each piece of the puzzle is of great use to us, giving us power and understanding. We will see only a tiny fraction of the puzzle, but it behoves us to make the most of the understanding we are able to achieve and to extend that understanding as far as we can.
- Totality in this religion refers to something taken in all the infinite dimensions at once.
- "Velas" is the name of our Universe, other Universes have other names. Strictly speaking, "Velas" is correct only when referring to it in its Totality. When referring to specific sub-spaces of Velas one should make it clear.
